美國總統川普在1月上任時，立即向性別意識型態進擊，撥亂反正。現時，他上任已滿100天，他仍然沒有停止撥亂反正的革命。
性別意識形態在去年11月美國總統大選以來，成為燙手山芋。美國的父母不滿公立學校教師向孩子灌輸跨性別意識形態；女學生則不滿被迫與男性共用洗手間、與男性比賽運動項目；脫跨者增多，使人開始關注醫生催逼兒童使用青春期阻斷劑、通過手術變性的問題。
在競選期間，川普承諾會杜絕性別意識形態，而他當選後積極履行承諾。
在上任的第一天，川普正式宣布只有兩種性別：男和女，並且性別指生理性別。[1]這是他上任後下的第一項指令，保護女性免受激進性別意識型態侵害，並為他日後的行政指令奠下了基礎。
保護兒童免受閹割
在1月，川普還通過了另一項行政指令：「保護兒童免受化學及手術閹割」。[2]他宣布美國不會資助或支持向兒童施行所謂「性別過渡」程序，並會積極落實法律禁止這摧毀兒童一生的程序。
指令列明：「這危險的（跨性別）風氣將成為我們國家的一個污點，必須終止它。」
這項指令一出，促使各州醫院煞停針對兒童的跨性別醫療程序，包括紐約市、芝加哥、華盛頓、費城、科羅拉多州和維吉尼亞州。[3]
4月28日，白宮發布了事實聲明，指前總統拜登就任3年期間，超過7000名兒童被處方青春期阻斷劑，並有超過4000名兒童被施行變性手術。[4]
美國衛生及公共服務部（Department of Health and Human Services）和司法部（the Justice Department）帶頭停止向兒童提供跨性別醫療服務。隨後美國聯邦醫療保險和補助服務中心（The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services）在3月也和應，警告各醫院要服從政府的「保護兒童免受化學及手術閹割」新指令，停止向兒童提供變性醫療服務。
行政機關還命令美國國家衛生院（National Institutes of Health）研究後悔變性/後跨兒童，以及接受化學/手術閹割的成人。[5]
川普上任後第一個指令收回聯邦政府對跨性別意識形態的資助，包括收回對監獄囚犯變性的資助。而這些囚犯就是川普去年大選最成功之廣告的焦點。
那廣告是一句有力的口號：“Kamala is for they/them. President Trump is for you.”[6]
川普政府教育改革
在他上任的第二星期，川普把政策重心放在教育上，簽了一道名為「終止向K-12學生灌輸激進概念」（“Ending Radical Indoctrination In K-12 Schooling”）的行政指令。[7]這指令禁止學校向學生灌輸「激進、反美」的意識形態，包括性別意識形態。性別意識形態包括「錯誤地聲稱男人可以靠自我性別聲明『變成』女人，反之亦然」。
作為對以上行政指令的回應，教育部摒棄前總統拜登對Title IX的詮釋——禁止校內性別歧視——並稱拜登的詮釋是「違背法律精神、濫權和不尊重女性」。[8]教育部更新對Title IX的詮釋——給予女性平等機會。
這指令還禁止教師或輔導員鼓勵學生進行社會角色轉換（social transition），包括禁止鼓勵他們使用跨性別名字或代名詞、用異性的洗手間以及參與異性運動賽事。
行政機關現正調查不同的學校網絡，包括位於維吉尼亞州的5間學校。這5間學校涉嫌違反川普下的性別意識形態禁令。[9]
教育部更要求學校移除含性露骨資訊的教材和書本，並取消對DEI/性別意識形態支持者的資助。[10]
維護女子運動
川普簽署行政指令「禁止生理男參加女子運動」，把自認跨性別的生理男性趕出女子運動界。[11]下指令原因是，允許跨性別生理男參與女子運動，會危害、羞辱女性，把女性噤聲以及剝削她們的私隱。為了實現這指令，川普向學校施壓，稱若允許跨性別生理男參加女子運動，便收回對學校的資助。
響應川普的指令，NCAA更改政策，澄清「出生性別為男性的學生運動員，不可參與女子競賽」。[12]
教育部還調查了好幾間大學。這幾間大學涉嫌允許跨性別生理男參與女子競賽，[13]包括聖荷西州立大學（San Jose State University）和賓州大學（the University of Pennsylvania）。而賓州大學曾經有一位跨性別生理男Lia Thomas在女子競賽勝出。
4月28日，行政機關說，發現了賓州大學觸犯Title IX，剝奪女性平等機會。行政機關給予大學10天時間去解決違例情況。[14]較早前，今年3月時，行政機關凍結了總共1億7千5百萬美元、給學校的納稅人資助。
2月時，川普曾當著全部州長面前，警告緬因（Maine）州長，如果緬因繼續無視「禁止生理男參加女子運動」的行政指令，便不會再收到聯邦政府資助。[15]最終，行政機關宣布要抽走緬因共3億5千8百40萬美元的聯邦政府教育資助。[16]雖然行政機關這行動被聯邦法庭阻擋，但農業部已經撤走緬因部分針對學校食物計畫的聯邦政府資助。另外，教育部亦將緬因的個案轉介給司法部跟進。
教育部還在監視加州，警告加州若不遵守行政指令，便抽走聯邦政府資助。因為加州允許生理男參加女子運動，又防止學校通知家長學生有跨性別狀況。
其他改革
川普又簽署指令禁止懲罰那些不認同跨性別主義的基督徒。[17]他又讓效率部處理拜登政府的跨性別老鼠實驗。[18]
在他執政的第一天，他已經逆轉了接近100條拜登先前設立的行政指令——包括禁止「歧視性別認同」的指令，還有「允許任意更改護照上性別」的指令。
雖然聯邦法官攔住了許多川普的行政指令，包括兒童變性禁令，但無阻川普政府在法庭奮力抵抗聯邦法官。
才上任100天，川普政府便對上一任政府的政策來個大反轉。來日方長，川普還會在任內如何繼續「撥亂反正」呢？拭目以待。
